Before the mugs even hung on the wall at the BRT, 50 members had already laid claim to their number. Now that three weeks have passed, there are over one hundred additional applicants waiting for a slot to open up. According to the rules laid forth by Commissioner Flip, a mug member shall be required to use their mug a minimum of once within a two week period, for the 2009 season shall commence on May 8, 2009. It is then stated in the original charter that after the two week period, the neglectful member's mug will be sent to "Alchy Traz" for a period of 7 days with a bail set for $5.00. Following the seven day bail period, if a member fails to post bail, such mug shall be forfeited and offered to the wait list prospects.

As the self-proclaimed commissioner, I hereby declare new rules and regulations that will amend the original charter and hold true until new amendments are made.

Rule #1 - A mug member shall be required to use their mug at a minimum of once within a two week period consistent with the schedule listed above.

Rule #2 - If a mug is not used for the two week period, the mug is sent to "Alchy Traz" with a bail set at $5.00 payable in cash.

Rule #3 - A mug will remain in "Alchy Traz" for a one week period.

Rule #4 - Anytime during the one week period a neglectful member may pay the bail and restore his/her ownership status (Actual Mug member must be present).

Rule #5 - If the bail is not paid, the mug is open to the members of the waiting list.

Rule #6 - You must be on the waiting list for a mug, in accordance with numerical order.

Rule #7 - Mugs cannot be claimed until member fee is paid in cash. No exceptions.

Rule #8 – Members expecting an absence exceeding the two week period of non-use shall be required to submit a notice to be placed in the mug foregoing “Alchy-Traz”.

Rule #9 – Any and all disputes related to the above stated rules shall be adjudicated by Commissioner “Flip” who shall have final authority.
