Before the mugs even hung on the wall at the BRT, 50 members had already laid claim to their number. Now that three weeks have passed, there are over thirty additional applicants waiting for a slot to open up. According to the tentative rules laid forth by Sheriff Red, a mug member is entitled to keep their mug for a 2 week period without use. It is then stated in the original charter that after the two week period, the neglectful member's mug will be sent to "Alchy Traz" for a period of 30 days with a bail set for $5.00. This means that it is only after a six week period that an unused mug is open for members on the waiting list.

As the self-proclaimed commissioner, I hereby declare new rules and regulations that will amend the original charter and hold true until new amendments are made.

Rule #1 - A mug member shall retain their mug for one week without use.

Rule #2 - If a mug is not used for a one week period, the mug is sent to "Alchy Traz" with a bail set at $5.00.

Rule #3 - A mug will remain in "Alchy Traz" for a two week period.

Rule #4 - Anytime during the two week period a neglectful member may pay the bail and restore his/her ownership status (Actual Mug member must be present).

Rule #5 - If the bail is not paid, and the mug is left in "Alchy Traz" for two weeks, the mug is open to the members of the waiting list.

Rule #6 - You must be on the waiting list previous to a mug being open to be eligible for new ownership.

Rule #7 - Mugs fresh out of "Alchy Traz" are open to any waiting list applicant regardless of order and can be claimed for a new club member fee of $50 to be paid immediately.

Rule #8 - Mugs cannot be claimed until member fee is paid.
