Black Rock Tavern introduces Chef Red's 50 ounce Porterhouse Challenge If you can finish Red's porterhouse steak, you will become a member of the 50 ounce club which will be displayed on our web site. You also get bragging rights and your name and date on the 50 ounce club plaque that will be displayed in the bar area. This is the largest streak in Connecticut (at least we think so!).
